  • ASTM A234 WP1 : This grade is a low-alloy steel with excellent weldability and good strength. It is commonly used in low-temperature applications.
  • ASTM A234 WP5 : Known for its high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance, this grade contains chromium and molybdenum. It is suitable for applications in elevated temperatures.
  • ASTM A234 WP9 : A grade with improved creep resistance, WP9 is often used in power plants and petrochemical industries. It offers good weldability and toughness.
  • ASTM A234 WP11 : This grade has enhanced strength and is suitable for high-temperature and pressure applications. It contains chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium.
  • ASTM A234 WP22 : WP22 is a versatile grade with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature properties. It is commonly used in power generation and chemical processing.
  • ASTM A234 WP91 : WP91 is a high-strength grade with exceptional creep resistance. It is commonly used in steam boilers and other high-temperature environments
  • Concentric Reducers (CONC.) :
    • Material : These reducers are made from alloy steel, specifically grades such as ASTM A234 WP1, WP5, WP9, WP11, WP22, and WP91.
    • Size Range : Concentric reducers are available in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 48" (which corresponds to DN15 to DN1200 in metric units).
    • Wall Thickness : The reducers come in various wall thicknesses, including SCH 10, SCH 20, SCH 40, SCH 80, SCH 160, and XXS.
    • End Connections : They are designed for butt-weld (BW) connections, ensuring a secure and leak-resistant joint.
    • Standards : Concentric reducers adhere to industry standards such as ASME B16.9, ASME B16.25, and ASTM A234.
  • Eccentric Reducers (ECC.) :
    • Material : Similar to concentric reducers, eccentric reducers are also crafted from alloy steel with grades like ASTM A234 WP1, WP5, WP9, WP11, WP22, and WP91.
    • Size Range : The size range for eccentric reducers is the same: 1/2" to 48" (or DN15 to DN1200).
    • Wall Thickness : They are available in wall thicknesses such as SCH 10, SCH 20, SCH 40, SCH 80, SCH 160, and XXS.
    • End Connections : Eccentric reducers are designed for butt-weld (BW) connections, just like their concentric counterparts.
    • Standards : These reducers also conform to industry standards, including ASME B16.9, ASME B16.25, and ASTM A234
  • Built Tough : Alloy steels outperform basic carbon steel in strength and toughness. This gives your reducers the backbone to handle the pressures, potential vibrations, and depending on the grade, higher temperatures within your piping network.
  • Fight Against Corrosion : When you choose stainless steel grades or specialized high-alloys, your reducers gain a powerful shield against rust, harsh chemicals, and other elements that would damage regular steel. This is essential in industries like chemical processing and marine environments.
  • Performance Match : The variety of alloy steel grades lets you fine-tune your reducer's properties. Need extra strength and moderate heat tolerance? Low-alloy steels might be ideal. Battling extreme corrosion? Specialized high-alloys are your solution.
  • Flow Specialists : Alloy steel reducers are engineered for smooth transitions between pipe sizes. Concentric reducers provide a symmetrical change, while eccentric versions create an intentional offset. This minimizes turbulence and maintains optimal flow within your system.
  • The Standards Seal of Approval : Alloy steel reducers built to ASTM and ASME standards are your guarantee of precision. They'll fit seamlessly with your pipes, have reliable pressure ratings, and give you confidence in their performance within critical systems
  • Refinery & Petrochemical : Alloy steel reducers are the backbone of complex refinery piping. They connect lines of varying sizes, handling hydrocarbons with the potential for high pressure and heat. The alloy is carefully chosen to withstand the specific conditions of the refinery environment.
  • Chemical : When aggressive chemicals are involved, alloy steel reducers step up to the challenge. They provide seamless transitions within process lines, with stainless steel or high-alloys offering exceptional protection against corrosion and safeguarding product purity.
  • Oil & Gas : Alloy steel reducers are essential in oil and gas operations, connecting pipes both above and below ground. They handle the flow of oil and gas, with alloy grades chosen for their strength, resistance to potentially corrosive elements, and overall robustness.
  • Power Plant : From steam lines to cooling systems, alloy steel reducers handle the heat and pressure variations within power plants. In extreme heat zones, specialized high-alloy reducers might be essential for reliable operation.
  • Offshore Platforms : Relentless saltwater demands corrosion-resistant solutions, and alloy steel reducers deliver. They connect process lines on offshore platforms, ensuring reliable flow despite the harsh marine environment. Both concentric and eccentric types are utilized, depending on the platform's needs.
  • Ship Building : Alloy steel reducers ensure smooth transitions within a ship's fuel, water, and process piping. Marine-grade alloys are chosen to combat the constant threat of corrosion from seawater.
  • Industrial Machineries : Within the heart of industrial machines, alloy steel reducers handle the flow of hydraulic fluids, lubricants, and various process fluids. The alloy grade is selected to match the pressures, temperatures, and specific chemicals the machine encounters.
  • Pharmaceuticals : Cleanliness and corrosion resistance are paramount in pharmaceutical production, and that's where stainless steel reducers shine. They maintain sanitary systems with smooth transitions between different pipe sizes.
  • Pumps & Compressor : Alloy steel reducers support the work of pumps and compressors, connecting auxiliary lines, and handling various fluids. Alloy selection depends on the specific substances handled and potential vibration concerns.
  • Dairy & Food : Safe and hygienic processing is the name of the game, and alloy steel reducers contribute. Made from stainless steel, they ensure smooth transitions within piping carrying milk, food products, and cleaning solutions, preventing any contamination or corrosion.
  • Sugar Mills : Sugar solutions can be abrasive. Alloy steel reducers may be used in processing lines, chosen with both abrasion resistance and corrosion potential in mind.
  • Textile Machineries : Alloy steel reducers seamlessly connect piping sections carrying dyes and other process chemicals within textile production. The alloy grade is specifically chosen to handle the unique chemical mix used in the manufacturing process.
  • Fertilizers & Pesticides : The fertilizer and pesticide industries rely on alloy steel reducers to handle aggressive chemicals. These reducers offer the superior corrosion resistance needed to ensure safety and prevent leaks within process lines
